We start every sitter-search by getting to know you. We want to make sure we know everything we need to find the perfect person for your family, so we’ll go over your kids and their needs, plus anything else about your home that a babysitter should be prepared for.
Professional Search & Vetting
We evaluate candidates based on everything we know will be important to your family. Beyond the hour-plus interviews, background & reference checks, we verify that other easy-to-miss boxes are checked, like reliable transportation & CPR training.
Continued Support
We continuously check in over the following year to make sure that you’re happy with your new child care professional. If at any time during that first 6 months you feel like our candidate isn’t working out, we’ll find and place another babysitter for your family free of charge.
